A beloved Bihari classic, Litti Chokha combines crisp, roasted litti stuffed with flavourful sattu and rustic chokha made with roasted vegetables. Traditionally enjoyed with mustard oil, it is hearty, wholesome and packed with authentic Bihari flavours.
A popular traditional sweet, Malpua is loved for its soft, fluffy centre and lightly crisp edges. It is simple, comforting and full of the warm sweetness of homemade Indian desserts.
