Our Story
Authentic Bihar, brought from a mother’s kitchen to modern Indian homes.
Biharilicious Kitchen began the way most good things do — with someone cooking a little more than the family could finish. Anita Devi has been making litti, thekua and gujiya for decades, for festivals, for guests, for anyone who walked in hungry.

Meet Anita Devi
She measures with her hands, not with cups. She knows the thekua is ready by its colour, and the litti by its smell. What she makes has never been a product — it has always been care, served warm.
We built this kitchen so more homes could taste it. Nothing about the cooking changed: same recipes, same mustard oil, same patience. We only learnt how to pack it so it can travel to you.
Authentic Bihar. Made by Maa. ❤️
What we stand for
Four things we never compromise on
Made by hand
Every batch is shaped, roasted and packed by hand — never on a line.
Small batches
We cook to order so nothing sits waiting. Freshness is the recipe.
Honest ingredients
Ghee, jaggery, sattu, mustard oil — nothing you wouldn't keep at home.
Bihar, unchanged
Recipes stay the way Maa learnt them. Only the packaging is modern.
Made of real things
The list is short on purpose. If it isn’t something you would find in a Bihari kitchen, it doesn’t go into our food.
